Creator and founder of Caer Rhiannon Herbals, Kelly Bell is certified by Sage Mountain Herbal Center, founded by Rosemary Gladstar, in the didactic, therapeutic, laboratory and fieldwork of herbalism. Kelly also has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Oregon in Environmental Studies as well

as being a certified Massage and Myofascial Release practitioner. She
is currently pursuing further studies in holistic healing to enhance the quality of her herbal preparations.

Joyce Bell, cofounder of Caer Rhiannon Herbals, is also certified by Sage Mountain Herbal Center herbal studies program. She is a
licensed Massage Therapist and Myofascial Release practitioner as
well. She has been the owner of 1401 Hair Designs and Massage Therapy since 1980.
